It develops at least one infectious complication and 20-50% of this ones become mortal, also, the lack of antibiotics that do not offer for recovery produced the same problem.
In the last decades the defensors of the human rights have reported different situations of presumed organ traffic in the politically unstable countries, ones with authoritarian regimes or little legal security, such as China, India, Mozambique or European oriental countries that formed part of Yugoslavia and the Soviet Union.

The objective of this type of transplants is to perform commercial transactions, but there are different ways to carry it out, such us, stracting organs from a recently deceased corpses. This illegal trade is increasing even though it’s punished and rejected in almost all world but this is changing in some countries, such us Australia and Singapore. Since 2013, this two countries started giving money in exchange of organs, giving them to living donors.

It had always been said that this type of donation was a hypothesis, but instead, two different examples of this illegal market came to light. In Albania, it was reorganized that it was a smuggling organs led by Kosovo Albanians, between 100 and 300 Serbs and other minorities organs were extracted, besides, there are also cases were thousands of prisoners of conscience, followers of Falung Gong spiritual discipline, Tibetans, Uyghurs and Christians, imprisoned in prisons or forced labor camps, were killed for their organs.
